We check that items we send are in good condition before despatch, and try to pack them well to prevent damage. Unfortunately, it is sadly inevitable that the occasional item will get broken in transit. 

Should this happen, please let us know within 24 hours of arrival and fill in the form below, providing some images of the damage so we can address this with the courier.

We'll sort out a replacement as quickly as we can and get it despatched to you free of charge. This usually takes a few days if we have a replacement in stock, but it could potentially take a little longer if we have to order another one from our suppliers. 

We ask you check all items on the day of delivery for any damages.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.

We regret we cannot offer replacements for damaged items after 3 days of delivery.
